Natalya Ryzhkova

Natalya Ryzhkova is a business trainer, coach, and currently serves as the Head of the Corporate University at Mastertel, one of the largest telecommunications providers in Moscow and St. Petersburg. They previously held roles such as Senior HRM at 1C-SoftClub and Head of the Development and Motivation Department at MASTERTEL, where they focused on business analysis, performance evaluation, and staff development. Natalya also has experience as the Head of the Methodology Department at a Psychological Center, where they contributed to support for children and adolescents.
