Giovanni Arias

Giovanni Arias is a Senior Creative Director and Nonprofit Growth Strategist with over a decade of experience in leading creative teams and shaping brand strategies. They are currently the Managing Director at Aria Creative, where they founded a creative agency focused on brand strategy and multimedia production. Giovanni has previously held leadership roles, including Executive Director at Restoring Justice, where they significantly increased fundraising revenue, and Area Director at Mission Increase, overseeing marketing for more than 140 nonprofit accounts. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies from Houston Baptist University, which they are currently completing.
