Jen Johnson currently serves as the Assistant Head of School at Philadelphia Hebrew Public Charter School since July 2024. With over a decade of experience in education, Jen has held the roles of Assistant Principal of Specialized Services and Dean of Students at Mastery Charter Schools since August 2012. Additionally, Jen has been a Real Estate Agent at Berkshire Hathaway since October 2014. Jen holds a Master's degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from Wilmington University (2012-2014) and a Master's degree as a Reading Specialist from Chestnut Hill College (2010-2012). Jen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education and Psychology from Eastern University (2003-2007).
