Jill Masterson

Jill Masterson, M.Ed., has extensive experience in special education and youth services, currently serving as a Special Education Case Manager at Mastery Charter Schools since February 2016. Prior to this role, Jill held multiple positions, including Youth Services Program Coordinator at YWCA Bucks County, where supervision of after-school programs and staff management were key responsibilities. Jill also worked as an Education Specialist at the Philadelphia Youth Advocate Program, focusing on client advocacy and educational planning. Previous experience includes roles as a Mobile Therapist at Carson Valley Children's Aid and Education Supervisor with Abraxas Education Group, supervising teachers and developing educational interventions. Jill holds a Master of Education degree in Elementary Education from Cabrini University and a Bachelor of Education in Special Education from Holy Family University.
