Patrick Dolan is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as a Culinary Instructor at Mastery Schools since August 2019, Patrick has also been the Owner/Operator of Dolan's Bar, a historic family-owned establishment in Ridley Park, PA, since October 2000. Patrick's previous roles include management positions at various restaurants and pubs, including General Manager at Kildares Irish Pub Manayunk and The Bards Irish Pub, as well as Bar Manager at Margaritaville and Restaurant Manager at Hollywood Casino Perryville. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Food and Beverage Management and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
