Raymond Fields

Raymond Fields, Jr. is a seasoned leader in the education sector with over 20 years of experience in talent management and equity-driven initiatives. Currently serving as the Deputy Chief of Leadership Initiatives at Mastery Schools, they previously held the position of Chief Talent Officer at the Pennsylvania Department of Education, where they implemented strategic talent management initiatives focused on equity and inclusion. Raymond also served as the Executive Director at Urban Teachers, leading efforts in recruitment and retention of diverse educators. They are pursuing a Doctor of Education degree at the University of Pennsylvania to further enhance their expertise in educational leadership and policy.
