Lydia L. is an accomplished professional in the field of educational research with extensive experience at ETS since August 2006, currently serving as Associate Vice President at the ETS Research Institute, where responsibilities include research support across various ETS business lines and philanthropic funding for research innovations. Over the years, Lydia has held several key roles, such as Principal Research Director overseeing multiple research centers focused on foundational research and strategic programs, including GRE and TOEFL. Additional positions have included Senior Research Director and Director of Research, where Lydia has managed extensive research portfolios related to higher education and workforce assessments. Lydia holds a PhD in Quantitative Methods and Evaluation from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.S. in Science & English from the University of Science and Technology of China.
