Jillian Musso began their career in 2008 as a Key Barista at Highland Coffees. Jillian then joined MasteryPrep in 2013 as the Director of School Support & Fulfillment, followed by roles as an Editor and Content Designer, Customer Success Manager, and School Support Manager.

Jillian Musso graduated from Louisiana State University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature/Letters. In 2019, they obtained three certifications from Coursera in Budgeting and Scheduling Projects, Initiating and Planning Projects, and Managing Project Risks and Changes.
