At Masthead, Sherlene holds the position of Head Of Operations and Marketing/Operations Manager, where Sherlene develops, implements, and manages comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the business goals. Prior to this, Sherlene worked as a Marketing and Product Specialist at Old Mutual and Board of Executors, where Sherlene managed marketing processes for various product ranges. At Norwich Life, Sherlene served as a Senior Product Analyst, focusing on developing and implementing marketing initiatives for product launches.
