Jeffrey Stoss

Jeffrey Stoss has a wealth of experience in the finance industry. Jeffrey started their career in 2003 as the President and Finance Transformation Consultant of Stoss Advisory Services Inc. In 2015, they founded Positive Venture Group Inc., where they served as the Founder and COO, Founder and CFO Practice Lead, and Founder, CFO and C-Level Advisor. In 2016, they became the Chief Financial Officer of LiveQoS. In 2018, they were the Chief Financial Officer of Staterra Inc. In 2019, they became the Chief Financial Officer of MASV. In 2020, they were the Chief Financial Officer of Environmental Waste International (EWS - a TSX-V company), CoLab Software, and NORTHBUD. In 2021, they were the COO Canada and Client CFO of Consero Global.

Jeffrey Stoss obtained a Bachelor of Mathematics, Accounting from the University of Waterloo between 1993 and 1999. Jeffrey also holds a Certified Public Accountant (Illinois) from AICPA, a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) from Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario), and a Corporate Finance Qualification (CF) from CPA Canada (Chartered Professional Accountants Canada).
