Offer Goldberg is currently the VP of Digital & Delivery at Mataf, overseeing eight departments and approximately 170 employees. They previously held positions as CIO & CTO at Mimun Yashir, where they were responsible for six departments, and as Head of Digital Services R&D & Innovation at Cal (Israel Credit Cards), managing a team of 60. Offer began their career as a Team Leader at Universal Ad and later worked as a Software Development Group Leader at Matrix. They earned a degree in Business Administration specializing in Information Systems from The Interdisciplinary Center.
