Jacob Schmidt

Jacob Schmidt is an experienced motion and film editor currently working at Matas A/S since March 2022. Prior roles include serving as a Content Creative and Promotion Producer at TV 2 DANMARK A/S from December 2015 to March 2022, and a Klipper at Flow Production for a brief period in late 2021. Jacob has also worked as an Ideudvikler, photographer, and Klipper at HIKMICRO, and as a Creative at Monocular Agency, contributing to the development of content for the Monocular Awards. Additional experience includes photography and editing for MARVELOUS Nordic and creative roles at Produced By ApS, working with notable clients such as Starbucks. Jacob's early career includes a student assistant position at Danmarks Radio. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Film and Media Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Danish Language and Literature & Film and Media Studies from Københavns Universitet, as well as a degree in Creativity & Communication from the Reklamelinjen program.
