Daniela Lapoint

Daniela Lapoint has extensive experience in governance, risk, and compliance, currently serving as Manager of Governance Risk and Compliance at Match Group since June 2022. Previously, Daniela held roles at Deloitte as a Senior Advisory Consultant and Consultant from July 2019 to June 2022. Prior to that, a Financial Risk Analyst Intern and Workforce Planning Analyst Intern position was held at NBCUniversal Media, LLC. Early career experience includes being an Accounting Assistant at Heschel Day School, where responsibilities included managing accounts receivables and ensuring PCI compliance, as well as roles at PrimeSkill Staffing and Rodeo Realty, Inc. Daniela obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from USC Marshall School of Business, along with an Associate’s Degree in the same field from Santa Monica College.
