Mitchell LaPoff is the Senior Product Manager at Hinge, a dating app under Match Group. Mitchell has been with Hinge since August 2020 and in their current role, they lead the Core Experience team dedicated to making Hinge the most effective dating app for creating great dates.

Prior to their current role, Mitchell was a Product Manager for the Hinge Profile, including Most Compatible, We Met, and Profile Prompts. Before Hinge, Mitchell was a Senior Management Consultant at Navigant where they advised financial institutions and health care providers. Mitchell started their career as a Consultant at Navigant and then transitioned to Associate Product Manager at LendUp.

Mitchell is passionate about product management and believes that it is the perfect blend of business, psychology, and technology. Mitchell is constantly looking for ways to improve the user experience and make Hinge the best dating app on the market.
