Steven Bailey

Steven Bailey is the Chief Financial Officer for Americas at Match Group. Prior to this, they served as Senior Director Finance for Match.com from 2012 to 2016. In this role, they oversaw FP&A for Match North America Subscription Businesses, which included Match.com, People Media, Chemistry, and Emerging Brands. Steven also oversaw the Match.com brand internationally.

Before joining Match.com, Steven Bailey was Manager of FP&A at Dow Jones from 2011 to 2012. In this role, they were the primary finance contact for the $315M Corporate Markets division, which included 5 B2B businesses both domestic and international. Steven's responsibilities included budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and ad hoc analysis.

From 2004 to 2011, Steven Bailey was Finance & Planning Manager at Heritage Building Group. In this role, they were responsible for the financial management of a portfolio of residential communities that generated annual sales of 150-300 homes and annual revenues of $60M - $150M. Steven's responsibilities included all FP&A functions and debt & equity financing.

Steven Bailey has a Master's in Business Administration from Lehigh University's College of Business and Economics, with a focus in finance.
