William Cunningham

William Cunningham currently serves as Senior Director and Head of Government Relations for the Americas at Match Group, a position held since June 2021, after previously working as Director of Federal Government Affairs. Prior experience includes significant roles in the U.S. House of Representatives, where Cunningham operated as Senior Legislative Counsel and Chief Counsel/Senior Policy Advisor on the Oversight and Reform Subcommittee, focusing on inquiries into government fraud and waste. Additional experience encompasses a role in the U.S. Senate as Legislative Correspondent and Senate Aide, along with various positions in legal and educational fields, including mediating disputes and teaching U.S. history. William Cunningham holds a Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Brown University.
