Jerome Oskam

Jerome Oskam is a Human Resources Recruitment Consultant at Matchlab since 2021, where the focus is on enhancing internal recruitment practices for organizations. Prior to this role, Jerome worked as a Consultant at Methis Consulting from 2018 to 2021 and held various positions at Nikon Europe B.V. from 2015 to 2018, including Marketing Coordinator, Junior Interactive & Digital Content Producer, and Junior Consultant. Jerome's career began at Capgemini from 2014 to 2016 as a Consultant and Intern, and experience includes serving as a Student Assistant at Utrecht University from 2013 to 2014. Jerome holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Science and Innovation Management from Utrecht University and has also studied at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Eindhoven University of Technology.
