A collaborative hiring model built on transparent, live data.
No noise and no manual work on either side.

MatchLyn is the first inter-agency recruiting infrastructure that gives companies instant access to niche talent and agencies a safe way to share candidates.

Recruiting agencies collectively sit on millions of qualified candidates.
Many of them were open to a move, but the process stalled or priorities shifted.

Once a role is filled, those candidates are rarely surfaced again - even though a matching job exists elsewhere.

At the same time, companies repeatedly pay for sourcing the same talent - again and again.

MatchLyn connects talent that has already been found to active open roles.
We match experienced, niche candidates from agency networks against real hiring demand.
Companies see relevant results instantly, without restarting a full search.
Agencies gain new opportunities to place candidates they already represent, without exposing ownership.

How it works
- Candidates appear as anonymized profiles, matched by experience, education, hard and soft skills, and salary expectations.
- Companies only see candidates who are relevant and available.
- A profile becomes visible only if the candidate has real interest.
- Fully GDPR-compliant. Consent always stays with the candidate.

Agencies hold the talent.
MatchLyn becomes the cloud.
