Simone Greve

Simone Greve is an experienced Human Resources Manager currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Matchory. With a strong background in the computer software industry, Simone has honed skills in HR management, IT recruitment, and onboarding, coupled with a passion for process development. Prior to this role, Simone worked as an HR Manager at Blickfeld and Meetingbox, where they oversaw HR management across multiple countries. Simone's career began in the financial services sector with Lexmark and Compaq Computer Corporation, and they hold a Master’s degree in Political Economy from the University of Bayreuth.
