Gaj

Gaj is currently the code master and backend lead at MatchPint. Prior to that, they were a co-founder at betterfy, where they helped make mental health support more accessible. Gaj also headed meetings to plan the short term and long term future of the startups business. Gaj has also worked as a student consultant at KITC, where they provided individual guidance to businesses, helped them to understand their IT needs, formulate these into requirements, and identify solutions that meet these requirements. Gaj also implemented new technology solutions for businesses and provided the required training to get them up and running. Gaj has also worked as a web developer at RSCPP Ltd and as a work experience at Thales.

Gaj completed a BSc in Computer Science at the University of Kent. Prior to that, they completed their GCSE and A level at Hazelwick School Secondary School.

A direct report to Gaj is and Dan Sellick - Backend engineer. Their manager is Pieter Pretorius, Head of Engineering. They are on a team with and Ross Johnson - Frontend Lead.
