David Rees

David Rees has extensive experience in recruitment and management, currently serving as Delivery Manager at Matchtech since January 2019. Prior roles include Internal Recruiter at Blueprint Recruitment Solutions, where responsibilities involved selection and screening of graduates for various consultant roles. David also operated as a Self-Employed Recruitment Consultant, focusing on internal recruitment and training programs. Previous positions include Director of the Maritime Division at Faststream Recruitment Group, and multiple roles at Matchtech Group, including HR & Training Director and Divisional Director, where David implemented significant HR policies and training solutions while achieving substantial growth in division performance. David began a career in recruitment at Matchtech Engineering Ltd and started in a managerial role at B&Q as Assistant Store Manager. David holds a BSc in Applied Sociology from the University of Leicester.
