Marcus Roberts possesses extensive experience in technology recruitment, having worked with Matchtech since 2004. Currently serving as Team Leader for Mobility STEM Recruitment, Marcus has a strong background in recruiting technology professionals across Electronics and Software Systems, particularly within the automotive sector, collaborating with Tier 1 suppliers and vehicle OEMs. Previous roles at Matchtech include Lead Consultant in Automotive Technology Recruitment and Team Leader for the Electronics, Software and Systems team across various industries, including Aerospace and Defence. Marcus holds a BSc in Business with Marketing from Canterbury Christ Church University.
