With over 23 years of experience, the majority of which was spent at Gattaca, Tim has played a strategic role in expanding the company's technology and engineering recruitment footprint both in the UK and internationally. Currently, Tim serves as the Head of Strategic Sales at Matchtech while also directing and founding Conekt Consulting, which emphasizes personal interaction in talent management.
