Tom Mann is a CertRP qualified Recruitment Specialist and a Member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (MIRP) with 10 years of experience in sectors such as Water, Environmental, Fibre Infrastructure, and Aerospace. They are currently managing operational delivery and providing strategic input to RPO and MSP programs while dedicated to delivering tailored talent solutions. Previously, Tom worked as a Recruitment Business Partner at Matchtech, overseeing recruitment for significant clients including Safran Helicopter Engines and Southern Water. Tom holds a BA Hons in Event Management from Southampton Solent University and has completed A-Levels in Geography, History, and Government & Politics.
