Marissa H. has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. In 2017, they joined Dedicated Nursing Associates, Inc. as a Director of In-Home Services, where they worked until 2018 when they transitioned to become a Branch Manager. In 2019, they briefly worked as an Operations Manager - Independent Consultant at ATC Healthcare Services of Virginia before taking on the role of Client Engagement Leader - Contract (Remote) at Collar. Later that year, they joined ATC Healthcare Services of Virginia again, this time as an HR Manager.
In 2020, Marissa joined Matchwell, where they held multiple positions. Starting as a Partnership Success Manager in 2020, they then became the Director of Partnership Success in 2021. Currently, they serve as the Regional Director of Operations at Matchwell, a position they assumed in 2022.
