Josh Bach

Josh Bach has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Josh started their career as a Field Technologist at R.J. Burnside & Associates Limited, where they inspected project sites and ensured compliance with design specifications. After that, they worked as a Project Coordinator/Inspector at C.C. Tatham & Associates Ltd, where they coordinated and inspected projects. Later, they joined Maram Building Corp. as a Project Manager/Site Superintendent, overseeing projects until 2015. Since 2015, they have been working at Matcon, starting as a Project Manager and progressing to Senior Project Manager, Project Director, and currently serving as the Director of Operations.

Josh Bach earned an Associates Degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Fanshawe College between 2007 and 2010. In 2012 to 2013, they attended George Brown College, where they completed an Estimating Level II program.
