Lucy Delaforce

Lucy Delaforce serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Mater, Queensland’s largest not-for-profit healthcare service, since October 2020, focusing on recruiting exceptional talent across various roles within the organization. Previously, Lucy held positions as a Senior Consultant at Robert Half, specializing in the recruitment of accounting and finance professionals, and as a Careers and Recruitment Team Leader, managing placements across South East and North Queensland. Earlier experiences include marketing coordination at Ghost Tours Pty Ltd and sales assistance at JPL Group. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of the Sunshine Coast, a Diploma of Events from Southbank Institute of Technology, and completed a Leadership Round Table program at Mater Education in late 2022.
