Michael Powell is a Clinical Trials Pharmacist Manager at Mater since 2025 and concurrently serves as an Adjunct Lecturer at Griffith University. Previously, they have worked as a Specialist Pharmacist in Oncology/Haematology at Royal Hobart Hospital and held various roles including Senior Pharmacist in Cancer Services at Redlands Satellite Hospital and Pharmacist Advanced in Cancer & Blood Disorders at Gold Coast University Hospital. Michael has also managed the POIMS System at Gold Coast Hospital and served as Area Manager for APHS Pharmacy. They hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the Victorian College of Pharmacy, completed in 1989.
