Stuart Sherwin

Stuart Sherwin is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience across various media and communications roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Media and Communications at Mater since April 2021, Stuart has previously held significant positions, including Senior Media Advisor for the Office of the Leader of the Opposition and Senior Consultant at Sequel PR. With a foundational background in journalism as the Editor of Queensland Times and experience at major publications such as The Courier-Mail and couriermail.com.au, Stuart's career began after emigrating to Australia in 2005, following nine years in UK newspapers. Stuart holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree from The University of Sheffield.
