Wesley Gounder is an accomplished Director of Process Engineering at Material Evolution, with extensive experience in data science, process optimization, and project engineering. They have served as a Senior Management Consultant and Global Technology Sales Manager, demonstrating proficiency in technology strategies and global sales within the Mining & Metals industry. Previously, Wesley worked as a Research and Development Metallurgist at De Beers Marine, leading various innovative projects in offshore diamond mining. Additionally, they hold a Post Graduate Program in Data Science and Business Analytics from The University of Texas at Austin and a BSc in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand.
