Ken DiPOTO

Ken joined Material Impact in 2017 and is responsible for finance, operations and administration.

Prior to joining Material Impact, Ken was in a similar role at North Bridge Venture Partners for over 17 years. Immediately prior to his experience at North Bridge, Ken was CFO of SHYM Technology and Tilion, two venture-backed startup companies in the information security space and supply-chain management space, respectively. Ken served in several senior financial management roles (including Corporate Controller and Treasurer) at Security Dynamics (which later became RSA Security), an information security provider and provider of the SecurID technology used all over the world. Ken was an early employee of the company responsible for finance, administration, HR, IT and was part of the team that took the company public, made three acquisitions and expanded company operations into Europe and Asia. Early in his career, Ken practiced in public accounting.

Ken has an BSBA from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell and an MBA from Babson College.
