Michelle McCall serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Material Matters, Inc., an environmental consulting firm founded in 1997, specializing in solutions for assessing and managing residuals and acquiring regulatory permits across 18 states. With a diverse career, Michelle transitioned from running Michelle McCall, LLC, where interim C-Suite leadership and project management were provided, to leading the YWCA of Lancaster through a significant turnaround. Previous roles include Executive Vice President at Foodcraft Equipment Company, Director of Special Projects at Simon Lever & Company, and Vice President at VistaLite, Inc., contributing to rapid company growth. Michelle’s early career includes positions at R R Donnelley & Sons Company and General Public Utilities, underscoring a strong foundation in operations and analysis. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Penn State University.
