Esther Disbot

Esther Disbot currently serves as the Head of Customer Experience at Material Security, leading various post-sales functions such as Product Support, Customer Success, and Technical Knowledge since February 2024. Prior to this role, Esther held significant positions including Head of Product Support at 15Five and Senior Director of Support & Services at Twilio. With a career that began in 2009, Esther has accumulated extensive experience in customer support and technical solutions in various organizations, including Periscope Data, Intuit, Demandforce, VerticalResponse, and MetroPublisher. Esther holds a Bachelor of Science in Television/Radio-Audio Production with a minor in Web Programming from Ithaca College.
