Mary Golz currently serves as the Head of Field Marketing at Material Security, overseeing the field and partner marketing program since January 2024. Golz has been a member of the Cybersecurity Marketing Society since March 2023 and previously worked as a Senior Field Marketing Manager at Red Canary, where Golz was the first field marketing hire from October 2021 to January 2024. Golz started a marketing career at CDW, contributing in roles focused on demand generation, sales enablement, and marketing communications. Educational qualifications include a BA from Northern Illinois University.

We started Material after the 2016 hacks changed history and showed everyone everywhere the importance and fragility of our private data.
