Arek Olow has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, currently serving as Director of FP&A at Material since July 2012, after progressing through several roles in the company including Associate Director and Senior Financial Analyst. Prior to this, Arek held management positions at California Pizza Kitchen and Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant, gaining operational expertise in the restaurant industry. Early career experience includes directing a photography program at Camp Treetops. Arek holds a Master's Degree in Marketing and Management from Uniwersytet Warmińsko-Mazurski w Olsztynie and a Certificate in Accounting from UC Berkeley Extension.
