Collette Eccleston

Collette Eccleston is an accomplished Senior Vice President at Material since December 2022, with extensive experience in behavioral science. Prior to this role, Collette served as Senior Vice President of Behavioral Science at LRW from August 2010 to December 2022, where responsibilities included managing research frameworks, leading business consulting, and developing innovative tools, such as Iconic Assets, a measure for brand strength. Collette's achievements also feature creating a company-wide course on Unconscious Bias, presenting at the Quirks Event in Brooklyn, and publishing a paper on intersectionality and discrimination. Previous roles at LRW included Vice President and Senior Director within Pragmatic Brain Science, as well as Research Director. Collette began an academic career as an Assistant Professor at Syracuse University from August 2005 to May 2010. Collette holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Columbia University and a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from UC Santa Barbara.
