Matt Paladino

Matt Paladino currently serves as Senior Vice President of Strategy at Material, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Matt was a Partner in Strategy & Operations at Kelton Global from November 2015 to December 2022, where Matt also held the title of Senior Vice President. Previous experience includes serving as Director at Clear - M&C Saatchi from August 2013 to November 2015 and as Associate Director of Quantitative Research at Kelton from September 2009 to August 2013. Matt's early career involved working as a Senior Research Analyst at CEB from 2005 to 2009.
