Renee McCarley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and project implementation. Currently serving as Associate Director of Experience Management at Material since April 2021, Renee leads the implementation and servicing of customer experience programs across various industries using Medallia’s SaaS-based solutions. Previously, during tenure at Kantar from June 2014 to April 2021, Renee managed advanced customer experience studies and successfully launched programs in multiple sectors.
