Chan LiCher has been serving as the Medical Services Manager at Materialise since December 2009, overseeing the daily operations of the Medical Engineering Services department, which encompasses 9 teams and over 140 engineers. Key responsibilities include budget management, resource planning, and ensuring the quality and cost-efficiency of medical product services. Prior roles at Materialise include Medical Services Team Leader, focusing on operational alignment with company policies and continuous team development, and Quality & Regulatory Responsible/Jn Quality Manager, responsible for overall quality management and compliance activities. Chan LiCher began their career as a Management Apprentice at Sime Darby (Plantation) and holds a degree in Biomedical Science and Biotechnology from Monash University.
