Chris Adkins has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Chris started their career as a Co-op Electrical Engineer at the National Security Agency, where they obtained a TSSI security clearance and worked on semiconductor process analysis and simulation. Chris then co-founded Infinite Horizon and served as a Senior Engineer. After that, they joined Lexmark International, Inc. and held positions such as Associate Electrical Engineer, Senior Electrical Engineer, Six Sigma Black Belt, Senior Electrical Engineer and Team Leader, and Cybersecurity Technology Lead and Embedded Systems Architect. In these roles, they led teams, developed innovative solutions, and contributed to revenue growth. Chris later joined Identify3D as Chief Security Architect and Chief Scientist, focusing on software for digital manufacturing and ensuring the security and integrity of intellectual property. Currently, they are the Director of Product Security at Materialise. Chris Adkins attended the University of Kentucky from 1989 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Chris then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Control Systems from the same university, graduating in 1997.
