Gert Brabants is currently the Business Line Director for Series Manufacturing at Materialise. With prior experience as a Project Manager at the European Space Agency from 2012 to 2017, Gert also held an internship at SLB in 2011-2012. Gert completed a joint PhD in mechatronics and chemical engineering at Johannes Kepler Universität Linz, KU Leuven, and ETH Zürich between 2012 and 2017, following a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from KU Leuven. Gert is further enhancing their expertise by pursuing a program in Essentials in Strategy at Vlerick Business School in 2024.
