Katrien Vanderperren

Katrien Vanderperren has over a decade of experience in the software and biomedical engineering sectors. Currently serving as Software Process Manager and previously as Software Product Manager for 3-matic at Materialise since June 2012, Katrien has also held roles including Junior Product Manager and Application Engineer. Prior to Materialise, Katrien was a Postdoctoral Researcher at K.U.Leuven from October 2006 to May 2012, focusing on biomedical signal processing and quality management for the BioApp project, along with completing a PhD in Electrical Engineering that addressed data-driven EEG-fMRI analyses. Academic qualifications include a PhD from KU Leuven and a Master's degree in Mechanical-Electrotechnical Engineering from the same institution, supplemented by language studies at Centrum voor Levende Talen.
