Kurt Renap

Kurt Renap has a significant work experience in the field of software development and research. Kurt started their career at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in 1993 as a Research Assistant in Rapid Prototyping, where they worked until 1995. In 1995, they joined Materialise, where they held various roles over the years. Kurt began as a Software Research Manager and served in this position until 2010. Kurt then became a Software Technology Manager from 2011 to 2012. Currently, they hold the role of Principal Software Architect at Materialise, starting from January 2012.

Kurt Renap earned a Master of Science degree in Mechatronics from KU Leuven, where they studied from 1987 to 1992. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at St. Jozefs-College Herentals, specializing in Mathematics, from 1981 to 1987.
