Anthony Fears

Anthony Fears serves as the VP of People at Materialize since April 2022, bringing extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Previously held the position of VP, Head of People at Industrious from January 2017 to April 2022 and served as the Head of People & Culture at Managed by Q from July 2015 to December 2016. Anthony's earlier roles include Head of Talent Management for U.S. East at Buffalo Wild Wings, VP of Human Resources at Benitez Zarate & Simpson LLC, Regional Director of Human Resources at Aramark, and Director of Partner Resources for Eastern Canada at Starbucks. Academic credentials include a Master of Human Resources from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Youngstown State University.
