Ryan Starcher is a Project Engineer at Materials Testing Consultants since April 2021, with extensive experience in geotechnical engineering. Ryan holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering with a focus on Geotechnical Engineering from the University of South Carolina, along with a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field.
