Hunter Wang

Hunter (Haitao) Wang is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the engineering and agriculture sectors. Currently serving as Asia VP & Managing Director at Materion Corporation since March 2019, Hunter is responsible for the company's growth strategy in Asia, focusing on organizational design, partnerships management, and P/L responsibilities. Previously, in leadership roles at Dow AgroSciences, Hunter oversaw significant operations in Greater China, managing a team and driving sales for a $300 million agriculture business. Hunter's career includes progressive roles at Dow, Rohm and Haas, and General Electric, emphasizing commercial strategy and team management. Hunter holds an MBA from Fudan University and completed executive education at Columbia Business School, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Material and Science from Zhejiang University.
