Joseph Laughlin

Joseph Laughlin is an accomplished operations and engineering professional with extensive experience in the chemical and energy sectors. Currently serving as the Beryllium Pebble Plant Operations Manager at Materion Corporation since March 2023, Laughlin oversees operations, engineering, and maintenance of the beryllium metal production facility. Previously, Laughlin played a pivotal role at Elliott Group, Ebara Corp for a decade, where leadership responsibilities included managing project engineering, controls, and package engineering teams while focusing on customer relations and process development. Other roles include Mechanical/Nuclear Engineer at PKMJ Technical Services, Inc., and a Mechanical Engineering Co-op at Curtiss-Wright Corporation.
