Todd Osborn

Todd Osborn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and quality management, particularly within the beryllium processing industry at Materion Corporation since 2013. As Bulk Operations Manager and Plant Manager for both the Beryllium Pebble Plant and the Molten Salt Purification Plant, Todd oversees the transformation of metal hydroxide into high-performance beryllium and the manufacturing of premier beryllium-containing salts. Previous roles include Quality Manager and Senior Quality Engineer/Process Engineer at Materion, and instruction in chemistry at The University of Toledo. In addition to current adjunct instruction in Public Safety at Bowling Green State University and a leadership position as Lieutenant at Lake Township Fire Department, Todd's educational background includes a Master's in Business Administration and multiple certificates focused on strategy, innovation, and project leadership.
