Stephen Pearson

Stephen Pearson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the HR Manager for Matern Professional Engineering, Inc. since December 2013, bringing extensive experience in human resources management. Previously, Stephen held the position of HR Director/AVP at Nodarse & Associates, Inc., overseeing HR functions for a geotechnical and environmental engineering firm with over 200 employees across multiple offices in Florida. Earlier career roles included procurement and administration at Food Systems Unlimited and HR Manager at Jones Edmunds. Stephen holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and an MBA from the University of North Florida, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Marketing/Management) from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business.
