Maternal Minds Counseling is a therapy practice specializing in maternal and reproductive mental health. We focus on mental health for moms at every stage of pregnancy, postpartum and the early years of parenting. You may be surprised to learn that 1 in 5 women report experiencing a postpartum mood and anxiety disorder. Our goal is to help mothers be well again and put an end to women suffering in silence. We also offer training, consultation and supervision to professionals who are interested in learning more about maternal mental health and how they can best serve the community.
